By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a transparent and satisfactory experience for both our clients and our team.
Booking & Payment Terms
Service Booking: All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
Payment Due Date: Payments for regular services are due upon completion of the service, whereas one-time cleaning services may require a deposit or upfront payment.
Late Payments: Any overdue invoices will incur a late payment fee and may be referred for collection.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations: We require a minimum of [24 hours/other specific timeframe] notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to comply with this notice period will result in a cancellation fee of $50.
No-Show Policy: If our team arrives for a scheduled appointment and cannot access the premises, a $65 no-show fee will apply.
Service Guarantee & Quality Assurance
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a complimentary re-clean of the affected area.
Scope of Work: Our services include the tasks agreed upon when booking. Any additional tasks or services must be requested and approved before or during the visit, and additional charges may apply.
Client Obligations
Access: The client is responsible for providing safe and adequate access to the premises, including any necessary keys, codes, or specific instructions.
Safety: To ensure the safety of our team, we reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe, including but not limited to hazardous materials, dangerous pets, or other risks.
Liability & Damages
Damages: While we take great care during our services, accidental damage may occur. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We may request an inspection and/or require proof of damage. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service.
Breakage: We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing wear and tear, fragile items not disclosed before the service, or accidents caused due to poor structural conditions.
Use of Eco-Friendly Products
Cleaning Products: We use eco-friendly, non-toxic, biodegradable products. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to specific cleaning agents, please inform us prior to booking.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Client Information: All client information is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Amendments: Yellow Glove Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes that may affect their booking.
